U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List

Bureau of Industry and Security, a division of the U.S. Department of Commerce, maintains a list of persons who have been denied export privileges. Privileges are denied by written order of the Department of Commerce and indicate that an individual may be involved in fraudulent activity.
